52 Step Free Coaching~ Step 4~Goals, Big and Small!

Many of us have tried to set ourselves big goals and have felt exhausted, overwhelmed and then given up. I think this is because we 'bite off more than we can chew' or take on too much too soon. This video looks at areas of our life that we are happy with as well as areas of our life where we would like to improve and suggests an achievable way of setting and succeeding at 2 goals at a time.
